As JEMS2022 organizers are well aware of the global political situation and it might have not been clear for many of you whether to participate in the JEMS2022 Conference, it was decided to open the late abstracts submission procedure for participants with Ukrainian affiliation for poster presentations only.
If you represent an Ukrainian affiliation and you still wish to submit your abstract within this exceptional procedure, please write to info@jems2022.pl for more information. Late abstracts are welcome until 20 June 2022.
The presenting author will be required to register for the conference in order to ensure their abstract(s) is included in the final program.
The Symposia Chairs will review all submitted abstracts and assess them in relation to their relevance to the conference themes. The Symposia Chairs may also decide to transfer the contribution to a more relevant symposium.
Notifications of acceptance will be sent via email to the submitting author as soon as it is revised by the symposia chairs. The correspondence will be a system notification, therefore please check your SPAM / JUNK folder shall you not have this e-mail in your inbox.
A note about posters:
The conference is planned in a hybrid form, however the poster presentations will be organized exclusively online via separate Zoom Rooms, where presenters will be able to discuss their posters with attending participants. In order to increase the visibility of the poster presentations the presenting authors will be required to prepare a 2 slide summary of their work and deliver a 2 minutes presentation just before the poster session discussions in separate Zoom Rooms.
We do not plan to display hardcopy posters.
